From Shipley Bridge up around the reservoir anti-clockwise
Up the track to the dam, then round to theeast side. Lunch near the top of the resevoir then looking for a place to cross the stream.
On the NW side yomping through difficult tussocky rough ground till eventually found a track along an old leat. Back to dam and down track to cappark just in time for a cup of coffee from the refreshment van.
10.9km, 225m total climbing.
