Bedford Bridge to confluence with River Tavy
Down along the path through the woods, under the new cycle track flyover, cross the Walkham at Grenofen Bridge thence on to the Tavy where we stopped for lunch.
Back climbing up the lane away from the river and then back down across open moor to renenter the woods and return to the car park.
Started about 11am, back at the carpark by 3pm. 6.9km, 179m total climbing
